Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Have the legal right to enter into a binding agreement

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or non-compliance.

Use of Proof of Funds

The Proof of Funds provided by BlinksCore is:

• For verification purposes only
• Not available for withdrawal, transfer, or use as spendable capital
• Issued in partnership with third-party financial institutions

Any attempt to misuse or misrepresent the funds may result in legal consequences and permanent suspension of services.

Payments and Refunds

All payments for services must be made as agreed upon during the onboarding process. In rare cases of rejection or failure to deliver due to our fault, a refund or alternative solution may be provided at our discretion.
Refunds will not be granted in the case of:

• False information provided by the client
• Rejection due to reasons unrelated to our documentation
• Change of mind after service has been rendered

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing truthful, accurate, and complete information
• Using the documents solely for their intended purpose
• Not engaging in any fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activity with the documents provided

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on the BlinksCore website are the intellectual property of BlinksCore and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

BlinksCore is not liable for any losses, delays, or damages arising from:

• The use or misuse of our documentation
• Rejections from third-party institutions, embassies, or partners
• Circumstances beyond our control (e.g., bank delays, policy changes)

We do not guarantee outcomes with third-party organizations (e.g., visa approvals or loan approvals).

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
